Return Exchange Policy

1. When You Can Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order for reasons such as:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The item is incorrect or missing parts

  • The product does not match the description

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The appearance or function is significantly different from expectations

You may also return or exchange items without giving a reason.


2. How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us by email or phone with:

    • Your order number

    • Proof of payment

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Photos or videos (if relevant)

  2. We will review your request within 1–3 working days. If approved, we will provide the return address.

  3. Send the item back to the provided address and wait for confirmation.

  4. Once we receive the item, we will check it and, if everything is in order, arrange a refund or replacement immediately.


3. Refunds

Refunds are returned to the card used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard).
It usually takes 3–7 working days to appear in your account.
If it takes longer, please contact us.


4. Replacement Items

Replacement items will be dispatched according to our usual shipping rules.
You will receive an email with the order number and shipping details.
You can also track your order on our website’s Order Tracking page using your email or phone number and order number.


5. Costs

  • Returns without reason: postage is paid by the customer

  • Faulty or damaged items: postage is covered by us

  • Replacement shipping: postage is covered by us

  • Apart from returns without reason, there are no extra charges.


6. Our Promise

  • You will not be held responsible for issues beyond your control.

  • We take full responsibility for product faults or shipping damage.

  • We aim to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.

  • You will not pay extra fees or face risks during the process.
